YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD



You will stay in one of the most emblematic districts of Nice. Only 400 m from Cours Saleya and its restaurants, 500 m from the Ponchettes beach and the "Cathédrale Vieille Ville" tram station, 600 m from the Monoprix Garibaldi supermarket, and 700 m from Place Masséna. Nice Thiers SNCF station is 2 km away, and Nice Côte d'Azur airport is 7 km away. Everything can be done on foot from the apartment, for a stay without constraint.



STAY



The living room, with carefully crafted decoration, is warm and bright. You will find a television, a Wi-Fi connection and an electric heater, for your comfort in all seasons. The space is perfectly arranged to relax after a day at the beach or walking through the colourful alleys of Old Nice.



COOKING



The American ceramic hob kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes and utensils. Whether you choose to cook your market products or treat yourself to a quiet breakfast before going out to explore, you will have everything you need at hand.



BEDROOM



The room, peaceful and comfortable, has a double bed ideal for two people. The refined decor and restful atmosphere make it a true cocoon for your nights in the heart of the city.

The bathroom includes a functional shower, a hairdryer, a washbasin with storage furniture, as well as a washing machine, for short or long stays with complete autonomy.

How to get to my accommodation in Nice upon arrival



I chose to arrive by air



Upon arriving at the airport, a wide range of transport options are available to you to get to your apartment:



The tram - The best market: Line 2 will depart in front of terminals 1 & 2, serves the entire city on the Sea Side, from the airport to Nice Port, in 25 minutes. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pin district and finally the Port district.

A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.

A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.



Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2. 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is an official fixed rate that must be applied + the baggage rate. Make sure to inform yourself well and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.



The bus: The shuttle to the airport (bus 98) is both cheap and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city centre, near Nice Thiers Station.



I chose to arrive by train



The tram - The best market: To get to line n°1, exit to the left of the station and go down towards Thiers Avenue until Jean Médecin Avenue (indicated by signage). Trams pass every five minutes and the ticket has a low cost. Line 1 serves the centre and the two northern districts of Nice.

A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station.

A connection with Line 2 (Airport / Port) is at JEAN MÉDECIN Station.



Taxis: The most direct: 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is no fixed package. The driver must mandatorily activate his meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the fare displayed upon arrival + the luggage rate. Make sure to inquire and specify this to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card.

Do not forget to have the complete address ready to be given to the driver.



I chose to arrive by car



There is always a public car park near your place of residence. The rate is:



• On time

• Per 24-hour day

• Per week

• Per month



It may prove to be more interesting to pay for a week rather than per day for stays longer than 4 days, and so on. Check the rate grid carefully at the parking entrance or go to the security post as soon as you are parked.
