Great apartment in an amazing location

Massena square apartment is a super apartment in a cannot be better location. The apartment is spotless & well equiped. There was only 2 of us but I think it would be a little squashy for more. The main bed what I would rate as a small double bed - but perfectly comfortable. Do make sure you read all the “rules” to ensure you are aware of any extra costs with check in/out etc. Enjoy!

Outstanding location!

The apartment was great and suited every need we had for a trip. Nice was to be a base of operation while we ventured out to Monaco for the F1 race and other locations. The location of the apartment is very close to a grocery store, restaurants galore and right next to the Nice Tram that takes you 2 stops to the Nice-Ville train station and from there, you can go anywhere! So if you are looking for a great location in Nice to stay while you tour around, look no further. Everything (beach, shops, restaurants, transportation, etc.) is just a short walk away.

Bed bugs infestation. Stay away from this place! I found 6 bed bugs in different parts of the apartment the very first hour after arrival. The host is incredibly rude, ignores all requests, and hides behind an apartment manager who is just as rude and useless. The place is lacking the most basic supplies and linens. Finally, the host asks for outrageous extra cash fees (cleaning, late check-in and early check-in) that are not listed on the website.

Fab location literally right on Massena Sq. apartment is clean and very comfortable. Ideally placed to get about. Laure was great checking us in even though we were after midnight. (And told us to get the tram for 1.50 each rather than a taxi!).. very easy to get from airport to the square this way. Highly recommend this lovely apartment for your stay in Nice.

Key issues caused stress. Couldn’t get in at 2/3am and had handling agent meet us, paid her 30 EUR. A/C wasn’t up to American standards, bed is small. Place was clean and the location was convenient.

L’appartamento Ăš in centro, vicino a tante attrazioni e attivitĂ . È abbastanza spazioso per 4 persone 2 adulti e 2 adolescenti se si sta pochi giorni. Ovviamente essendo italiani i letti sono piĂč piccoli a quanto siamo abituati e non c’ù il bidet almeno per me fondamentale. Servirebbe migliorare le finestre e sistemare le persiane per abbattere sia il rumore della cittĂ , in particolare del tram, sia la luce che penetra. C’ù un supermercato li attaccato, ma Ăš privo di gastronomia. I bar aprono tardissimo tipo alle 9/10 quindi comprate le brioches il giorno prima.
