Small but mighty

Well located, cute hotel. Parking is off site a couple blocks away, but if you offload your bags to the lobby and then go park it's fine. 25 €. The tiny elevator was hilarious, but we really liked it overall. The location was priceless. Walk to all the shopping and eating!

Awfully expensive for what it offers, but overall a good location and good hotel. Too small room for the price paid. Would have wanted a bit more space, even if it's a single room. Bathroom was too small and the sink wasn't big enough to wash hands! Maybe smaller than an airplane's sink. Very kind staff, one of the best breakfasts in the world! It was great that coffee, sparkling water, hot water and even syrups were available at the entrance. Not many international channels on TV - I only saw French channels. No minibar - for this price they could have provided a large one.

Comfortable small hotel with an elevator and a/c. Clean remodeled room with very nice styled toilet plus sink and separate shower room. Old charm with modern comforts. Friendly accommodating staff. First off, our room was not clean. There were someone’s used lashes on the nightstand, hair strands over the floor and bed. Makeup marks on the sheets. Great centrally located small hotel

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Nice. 2 mins walk from the tram station, 10 mins into the old town, 25 minutes to the port. The standard room was spacious and clean - the bathroom was very small but it suited us perfectly for a 2 night stay. Beds were comfortable but pillows were think and there was only one spare one between 2 people. I still slept very well. I did hear a but of noise from other rooms (talking) which i imagine might be a problem in high season when the hotel is full, but for our November it was fine. Coffee bar at reception was a nice touch and completely free. There was also water, syrups, and sweets- and even croissants one day too. We didn't take breakfast at the hotel as they advised me prior to our stay that they could not cater for gluten free. The breakfast room looked nice though. Staff were helpful and friendly, allowing us to store luggage before check in. They even left a voucher for wine and some chocolates for my partners Birthday whoch was lovely. Our room had a large opening window which looked out onto the street - nice and quiet, lovely to get the sun in, and a nice place to sit. We paid £45 per night for 2 of us room only which was an absolute steal - i wouldn't hesitate to stay again, and would be happy to pay more.

Stayed here for four nights while visiting Nice and absolutely loved this hotel! The best part about it is the location, it is right in the middle of all the shops and restaurants and is only a short 10 min walk to the heart of Old Town and the beach. It’s also a short walk to the train station which was so convenient when travelling to other cities. The rooms were spacious enough and the service was wonderful. Our room also came with free breakfast which had a lot of varieties and was super convenient. There was also a free coffee and water station which was so nice not having to buy water! I would definitely stay at this hotel again and strongly recommend it to other travellers to Nice who want a good location for a reasonable price!
