Perfect location for walking to the Promenade and Old Nice! Lots of nice cafes around the area for breakfast if you choose to not pay for breakfast at the hotel. Cannot fault this anything about this hotel, the staff are all so lovely and helpful. There are free beach equipment for guests to take to the beach and can rent beach towels for €7. Would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a good location and easy stay! 10/10

Great place that you won't regret. I will definitely come back if I return to Nice. My only suggestion for the place is that they need to be stricter with kids running around the property. There was a family that had multiple rooms and kids and they would allow the kids to run back and fourth around the rooms at 7 AM. Kids need to run but that early the staff need to step up.

Amazing location close to all shops and lots of restaurants as well as public transportation. The room is very clean and very modern even with fridge, stove, coffee maker really convenient. I stayed in a room near the staircase 102, and I heard everything. People walking up and down the stairs, passing by and chatting and talking until the morning from evening and could barely sleep. Also, the bathroom wasn’t very clean in the shower. I also didn’t appreciate that there wasn’t an elevator but that’s alright since it is France.

The property was clean and moden, but small. They did warn me that there are renovations upstires and you might hear some noise. Unfortunatly renovations with loud banning contunued till 11pm when I wanted to rest. Although staff explained that to the construction group they contunued to work. I did not getr proper rest that night.
