Absolute magic. Deeply restful, thoughtfully curated, and a peaceful pleasure to return to after a busy day in Nice. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, with super smooth check in / check out and a seamless airport transfer. The folks taking care of my room were wonderful, and very careful with my things. I loved the unexpected touches, from daily offers of sparkling and still water to amenities that could've kept me on campus the whole trip. The property itself is probably the most unique place I've ever stayed—you can really feel the history as well as the care that went into its conversion. I can't wait to come back!!

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was amazing! The staff was so kind and welcoming. There were so many amenities to enjoy while there, definitely recommend grabbing something from the bakery. The spa with the heated pools was definitely a highlight and a good way to relax. The room was so clean and comfortable as well. Overall this is a great hotel with rich history and I hope to return here again one day!

Gym is lacking. Lights were off, and its so hard to find and turn the lights on. Dumbells are all the same weight - absurd. Also communicating with the hotel is really hard. Service is almost non-existent. You have to call to get picked up with bags, but no one "answers". It took almost 6 calls to get someone to answer. This was a constant.

This hotel provides an amazing oasis from the crowds and heat and hustle bustle of the Old Quarter… a spectacularly designed collection of buildings situated in a wild garden with flowers and herbs all around the hillside that hugs the hotel. The staff are amazing, generous with their welcomes and helpful to a fault. Our room was large and beautifully appointed with convenience and comfort. Our stay took place in April before the summer crowds were in full force… had we gone later in the year I would still appreciate the calm and peaceful escape this hotel affords.

From the check in process to the departure, everything about this hotel is beautiful. We stayed for five nights as the final stay of our two week honeymoon across France and it did not disappoint. The staff members were very friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. The rooms are elegant and comfortable. The heated outdoor pool area was gorgeous overlooking Nice and the gardens below. The bar and restaurant were so nice to come home to after a day of walking around the old city or relaxing on the beach. The location of the hotel is perfect exploring the old city of Nice, walking distance to the promenade, Castle hill, and excellent local food and wine, you can’t beat it. We utilized the spa daily to unwind between meal periods, the sauna room and cold plunge were highlights, along with the Roman bathhouse, it was truly just perfect. When we come back to Nice I would absolutely book here again. Thank you again to the staff, it was the best way to end a busy tour of France!
