Clean and friendly service.

This hotel is very clean, and the staff is very friendly. I loved the welcome note and macarons in the room. The location is close to shops and transportation and a little away from noisy streets. It is a 10 minute walk to the train station. Would definitely stay here again.

Super Centrale!

Al nostro arrivo in Omaggio dei macaron e delle carte francesi, mappa con i poati da visitare, wifi, stazione per riempire le bottiglie d acqua gratuitamente. Posizione super centrale, a due passi dalla fermata del tram e dalla stazione Nice-Ville etc..ottimo per visitare la città e i dintorni con il treno. Personale molto gentile - colazione buona ma poca scelta, non buffet. Fittano asciugamano e ombrellone a buon prezzo per visitare le spiaggie. Ottima scelta per chi vuole un hotel centrale per muoversi in libertà con i mezzi di transporto a a piedi, per visitare i dintorni e Nizza stessa.

The hotel was centrally located, but it was too noisy outside no matter what time of day or night. The cooling system wasn’t working at first but when they fixed it, we were not able to control the fan speed. It was blowing air full force and it was annoying specially at night time. The room was small and the bathroom extremely small. No shampoo or conditioners in the shower. The towels were very old, not soft. Staff were nice and answered our questions.

We were very excited by the location of this hotel. However, as soon as we checked in (by the most lovely staff, some of the nicest people we met), we were surprised to hear what sounded like our upstairs neighbors bowling and dropping every item they owned. This continued for 4 days. We also had next door neighbors who would leave their door open while drunkenly screaming and blasting music. We were told to call the front desk or use WhatsApp to get ahold of the reception for any issues, but never received an answer despite multiple attempts. The rooms are small but manageable, as we didn’t need a lot of space. However, the bathrooms are so small that some people may not be able to even close the door while using the toilet. Upon checkout, we found ants ALL over our hotel room floor which was very gross. Overall 3/5, we started off very happy but the noise and ants definitely took it down some points. Pros: kindest, most helpful staff imaginable. Location. Very nice decor. Neighbors coffee shop and restaurant. Also, extra towels and toilet paper, as well as different pillow choices available at your disposal. Cons: very loud, lack of responsiveness, cleanliness (ants), tiny bathrooms

Just ok

The room is small and basic. There is a tiny shower stall that isn’t very clean. Most receptionist are nice (2 were wonder) with the exception of 1. The location is good if you want lots of shopping or the train access. For me I think we would prefer to be closer to the beach but that’s just a personal preference. There is a cafe and restaurant next to hotel which were good, Overall just ok.

What a beautiful hotel. It is so clean, so well designed and really has stood out in our trip around south of France as a family of three. The size of the room is fantastic, so spacious and clean and the views are really something. It felt safe, quiet and very relaxing. It is so affordable and we will definitely be back. This hotel is really amazing.

The hotel was located very central. Very close to the Old Town & train station. The check in was very seamless. Big shout out to Raquel, who recommended great placed to see and where to go. She was also very helpful and knowledgeable! Would stay here again!
