Loved this apartment!

Amazing location! Quick walk to beach, the market… and restaurants just outside your door! Most importantly for us, easy walk to the Ironman WC start and finish! Loved having 2 bathrooms and laundry was a must for us. The washer was surprisingly hard on clothes…really pilling up my knitwear…but could have been user error with a language barrier! The construction noise is real… worse some days than others but it’s only working hours. The apartment is very quiet in the evenings and night. Communication was fabulous!!! A+ hosts! Definitely would recommend!

Great location nice place but some reservations

We really enjoyed our time in Nice and liked this apartment very much. However it’s a small place and there is a pullout couch and while it is clear that there is a supplement for linens if you use the pullout that supplement is not at all reasonable. Why have a pullout couch when you clearly don’t want guests to use it? On top of that the bed frame was broken making sharing the bed for me and my daughter a less than excellent experience. Given the cost of this rental, linens for a pullout need not be so exorbitant and a comfortable bed would be great.
