My beautiful home is 10 min away from NIAGARA
FALLS. This 2100sq ft relaxing and luxurious home offers 4 comfortable rooms. Sleeping 8 people comfortably each room is furnished with queen sized beds. The Master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in glass shower .The main floor features a 75" HD smart tv ,floor-to-celling windows, a quartz countertop, a glass dining table, a couch, 2 recliners, and any appliances that you may need on your stay.

Please enjoy all the amenities in the home.

1: Any damaged or missing items will be charged to guests for replacement.

2: ⛔️Any area with a locked door is non-accessible during your stay.

3: 🚫Laundry will be available for stays longer than a week or upon special request.

3: 🚭Smoking in the garage or inside the home will cause 500$ fine.

4:⛔️ Pls do not touch or unplug the door lock gateway and avoid the penalty of CD $ 350. (inside plugin the powder room).

5: 📷Pls do not touch Camaras and avoid the 350 CD $ fine. (inside garage,backyard ,driveway, and doorbells).
