We just completed our 1st of 3 months at The Costa. Very Pleased! The Costa is the most expensive condotel on Nha Trang beach, with a great beach/ocean view, private beach area and very convenient. The Costa is very clean. Great Security. Worth the extra money. Small but 5 Star unit, breezes and views.
I spent a week here and had enough of Nha Trang after one night, + The Apartment : This is not a hotel, these are timeshare apartments. Large but a touch sterile. The apartment had a washing machine which was quite handy. No BBC news on the TV, something to do with licensing said the host. Cleaners knocking at door at 10am everyday to clean the apartment. Very safe property with 24 hour security outside and inside. No room service. Discount on presentation of room card to have breakfast at The Intercontinental next door, with the discount it was £20 per person for breakfast. +Location: Partial sea views from room. There is a nightclub across the road that played loud thumping music till 3am every night. The beach is across a very dangerous road. It was nightmare to get across, it is not safe and very dangerous and there are no traffic lights. Cars and mopeds travelling at speed from both directions and they do not slow down for you. I dont know why they cant invest in a pedestrian crossing wth lights, somebody is going to get killed one day if this is not sorted out.The restaurants on the costa side of the road are expensive. You can risk your life to get across to the beach cafes if you are brave enough. On a few occasions, I just gave up trying to get across the road, especially at night, its a fatal accident waiting to happen. + Summary: This is not what i expected. It was not like the idyllic beaches as portrayed in numerous photos. The beach was littered with plastic bottles and general rubbish, not very nice at all. Nha Trang is overrun with Russian and Chinese tourists. There is no Vietnamese culture to see here. Restaurant menus are in Russian and this coastal resort has been designed for the Russian market. This is not Vietnam and I certainly will not be returning here.
Connected to the Intercontinel Hotel, this is place is a perfect place if you're looking for an apartment style stay with a full kitchen. Everything is modern and feels brand new. There is more space than you need with a huge living room, a full kitchen, a washing machine, and multiple bedrooms. The views are unbeatable in Nha Trang and it's super close to Skylight (my favorite), Sailing Club, and Z Club. The only knock on this place is the pool and the gym. Both are really small on the 2nd floor. We wanted to use the Intercontinel Hotel's pool which is much larger and nicer, but we weren't allowed to as guests of the The Costa. For the price, this is an excellent option for accomodations in Nha Trang.
stayed in the third buiding of the costa residential buiding on 6th floor with balcony and restricted views of bay. Room and bed was large with a lounge. The bathroom was large and water pressure good. Its a fully self contained privately owner unit with a swimming pool infinity on the 5th floor and gym. I would recommend for the price staying here again as it is in a perfect location.
This is a large condo so don’t expect great service. Having said that every review mentioned the security guards there all over it and HAPPY. Smile people at the front desk even if it kills you. We spent 3 nights in this place which was long enough. I know there are prisoners sleeping on more comfortable beds. Ok if you like a hard or non existent mattress don’t expect your guests to. Panadol was the first thing every morning to iron out the aches. It’s a big sterile building and the common areas are expansive with beige tiles. Our room looked into the Intercontinental which reminded me of Hong Kong. Now I’m expecting the GM automated sorry about your experience. Save it GM and read your reviews. The form guide should read. Big is not always better, could do better looking at the field.
It's a very nice condo next to Intercontinental Hotel, accross the beach of NhaTrang where we enjoyed to spend our evenings at Runam for coffee after dinner time or walk not too far to VinCom for shopping
fantastic location, but this isn't really a "hotel".....I believe it's a time-share-like place that rents the units when owners aren't around.....that's entirely fine, but be ready for that (no big lobby/lobby bar/regular restaurant/obvious concierge) .....room was very clean and modern, but "oceanview" rooms, like at many places around the world, are created by an angled window/balcony in a building set perpendicular to the shore.....decent pool area and fitness room....must cross a crazy-busy street to get to the beach......constant traffic and honking from that street dampens any relaxing mood at the beach
Hi all, I rarely write comments on the place we stayed during our holidays no matter bad or good. But this time, I must really write about our deep disappointment when we checked out The Costa Nha Trang. We booked a 2 bedrooms apartment. We checked in on the 21st Dec and checked out on 23rd Dec 2018. When we checked in, only the master bedroom toilet was replenished with toiletries like shampoo, lotion n etc while the the other toilet only have toothbrush with no toiletries. So we didn’t bother to even use their toiletries in the toilet. On the 22nd, we took 1 towel to the beach so when housekeeping came to clean the room, they stated 1 towel missing. So we returned the towel when we went back to hotel. No issue. Today 23rd Dec, we checked out. The front office insisted the other toilet’s toiletries was missing..the set of 4 and they insisted us to pay for the missing toiletries. We were so shocked to hear that because we told them only master toilet was replenished with toiletries. We checked out at 8.10am and need to rush for our flight to danang at 10.20am. We told the staff to return the 3mil vnd deposit and charged 500,000 vnd to our credit card instead as a deposit till they finish investigation to ensure the second bathroom was not replenished with toiletries . The front office girl said no, they must hold our deposit n make us wait. We question why 1 towel missing, they put a note on the table but why they didn’t put a note on the missing toiletries on the 22nd? They couldn’t answer us and housekeeping said they replenish in all toilets . We got really angry and in hurry. After waiting for 40 mins, the supervisor asked us to fill up a rebate voucher form about the missing toiletries as if we have taken the toiletries. We are truly upset and deep disappointment with the way the costa treat the customer. We swear not to stay at any property of the Costa from now. Anyone who still insist to stay , pls do check the every inch of the apartment prior stay and make sure u take a photo what is there and what is not there. First time being humiliated for missing toiletries. We almost missed our flight to danang. We ran to the check in counter with 3 young children n 1 of my kid fell and knocked on the head. If not because of the toiletries, we wouldn’t need to rush n resulted with injury on my kid. Angry and big disappointment.
We took the 4 room suite for 4D3N back in July 2018. Loved the room layout and spaciousness, the location was excellent and the shops and supermarket nearby had plenty of things for us to cook in our kitchen. Service was good, the front desk went out of their way to find small change for us. Overall, we thought it was great value. The only negative point would be the swimming pool which was a lot smaller than expected. However, that wasn't too bad as the beach was right across the road. Overall, we will definitely choose to stay here again if it was a large group.
Hotel located in centre of Nha Trang beach front, amongst other international high end hotels, an ideal location. All rooms have beach views. Our one bedroom apartment was fabulous. As we did a lot of walking in the high humidity heat, the washing machine with quick wash was very much appreciated. The hotel provides free towels and beach lounges on the beach directly in front of the hotel but interestingly, no towels for the great pool. Most attractions are within walking distance if that suits, otherwise taxis are very cheap. A good mini supermarket is right next door. Only omission in our apartment was a bottle opener which was easily fixed. Would defs go back!
