Nice... Not more Very simple, basic hotel. Vietnamese breakfast. A team that tried to help .. Problem in English. There was no electricity for several hours. And that means without air conditioning in the room. The place is in an excellent location. cheap price.

We recently spent one night at this hotel and my wife went to get a massage late night at the hotel spa and was sexually assaulted by the masseuse. Afterwards when we confronted them about this they brought out a bunch of people to try to tell us my wife was lying. We had a friend who spoke vietnamese to translate for us so it was not a communication problem. We don't travel halfway around the world to make up stories. I would avoid this hotel and for that matter the town of Nha Trang is a dirty sleazy place. (This is my first review on Trip advisor, I have been a Yelp elite for 5 years now and my reviews average 4 to 5 stars, always positive. This hotel almost ruined our vacation so it was worth telling this horrible story)

We were motorcycling through Vietnam and found this hotel from TripAdvisor and booked the hotel through Agoda. A lady traveling in our group was sexually assaulted and digitally penetrated by the hotel staff. She was getting a massage when the masseur tried to remove her underwear and when she refused he slid his finger inside her. She ran back to her room and locked the door, called us, (4 guys). By the time we got back, the hotel staff already had an alibi and claimed she had fabricated it. We asked for a line up of the staff and they hid him. They eventually produced him and I wish we had just beat the crap out of him because they do nothing, they didn't fire him, wouldn't call the police, wouldn't refund our money. They bold face lied to us and basically told us to F off. This town is a very seedy area of Vietnam. The police are not going to help you here, if anything, even calling them will cost you. The hotel was already not a nice place to stay. I highly advise if you're going to go here, spend a bit more on a hotel and stay safe. Good luck all.

The hotel is quite old. Our room door and others are mostly bended - does not fit with the frame. Smokers are everywhere, even at the swimming pool at first floor (i don’t like this design where lots of people around). We stay in the room but still smell the smoke inside. Breakfast is so simple with lots of preprocessed food. It should not being rated 3 stars

Center location, close to facilities but unfortunately lots of traffic noisy and hard to get some sleep. I would only recommend as a stop over but not to relax. Good for people who do not stay in hotel for long period of time. Service is okay....

Reading other reviews, people expect way too much for what they pay. Personally I was more than satisfied with my one night here. Everything was clean and tidy and the staff were very pleasant and accommodating.

The hotel is quite old, but very clean. It has the great location: just a few meters to the beach. Also, it has the swimming pool. Breakfasts are more for Chinese. But It's not the issue, I think. About room. If you have a room with partial sea view (street view), you will have a noise during the evening.

I rent 5 rooms for my family at this hotel in July. The rooms are clean but small and the mattress were too thick so my children had to climb up to get to bed. The breakfasts were quite good, but the restaurant 's small, too. But the price is so reasonable, and the staff were so friendly, especially Ms Ha - as I remembered. The hotel location is near the beach, you can walk to the beach in less than 5 mins.

Blood on the bed, room and sofa never been clean!!! Please do not go there! I ask to clean the room and they say they can t will do Tomorrow! Changing room they are all the same the hotel as nave been clean. I will not leave a dog in this place!

We arrived at noon. The lobby was behind a foot massage parlor and was dark. There was a black out, and the hotel had no backup generator. The reception demands that we leave our passports [Other hotels that we stayed at in Vietnam were satisfied with copies of our passports.] Without electricity we could not check in so we left our luggages there to come back a couple of hours later. We booked 2 deluxe rooms with sea view and balcony. The balcony is big enough for one chair, and we had a picaboo view of the beach through the iron bars of the window. The hotel is decaying. When it rained, water sipped through the window and the hall outside of our rooms were flooded. There was a sign in the bathroom that toilet paper has to be put in the small trash can; something we are not in the habit of doing. For breakfast the tickets were to be picked up every day. We had eggs the first morning, and for the rest of our stay we went outside for breakfast. The hotel provides no beach towel. The reason I chose this hotel was its proximity to the beach. I should have paid more attention to the prior guests’ warnings.
