1 BR/1 Bath with private roof deck - Just steps to the best bars, restaurants and shops. Parking, wash/dryer and harbor views make this a summer oasis in the heart of downtown Newport. Sleeps 4 comfortably 2 in a beddoom, pullout couch for others. No more than 4 total.
The space
Lots of light floods the apartments (9 Windows) , queen size bed , queen size futon and full kitchen.

* 2 night minimum stay- however, we make exceptions depending on day of week or time of year. Also we allow parking for one car only, any additional cars or visiting guests will have to find off site parking.This is a very strict policy.
Guest access
The best feature of this apartment is the roof deck and the views. This deck requires climbing a ladder thru a roof hatch, but is easily negotiated by most able-bodies people. Again maximum number on roof deck is 5 and must shut down by no later than 10:00 PM per City Ordinance.
Other things to note
Washer and drier are in apartment with provided detergent and bleach.
Apartment is fully furnished with towels and linens etc. And again no parties will be tolerated.
