This charming lower level condo has everything needed for a couple or small family to thoroughly enjoy their time in Newport. Just a few houses from the beach with an ocean view patio and two car garage, this newly updated rental is walkable to the Newport Pier and amenities plus steps to one of the best beaches on the Peninsula. Larger families can add on the upper unit to add two bedrooms, two baths and the fabulous rooftop deck! Ask about the listing for both units for larger groups.
The living area has a couch that converts to a queen sleeper sofa, a dining table that seats 4 and a flat panel TV. The fully-equipped kitchen has granite counters and a breakfast bar with seating for 2. The spacious bedroom has bright, beachy décor, a queen bed and a wall mounted flat panel TV. The adjacent hall bath has a tub/shower combination.
The property has a ground floor patio with beach and ocean views and a barbecue. 2 car tandem garage parking is provided for the lower unit. A shared full-size washer and dryer is located in the garage.
The Newport Pier area is a quick stroll away with shops, local eateries, beach rentals and amazing sunsets. The area has no shortage of options for exploring and enjoying!

Perfect location ! Steps away from the beach, close to bars, restaurants and a large grocery store . Very comfortable space , nice patio out front. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Proximity to the beach was outstanding. In many ways being 1/2 block from the beach is better than being on the beach. Overall condition was as advertised and very good. We were in the first floor unit, and there is no soundproofing between the first and second floor. So if there are noisy people upstairs, you will hear it all.
