Our home is located on the 2nd floor and includes EVERYTHING YOU NEED to enjoy your family vacation at the beach. Our home has a Kitchen with everything you need, Balcony/Deck with BBQ and dining table, as well as private laundry located in the garage.

Located on 41st St just a quick walk to the sand you are never far from the Action. Directly out in front of the Home is the beach where you will find Volleyball Courts and a Bike Path which will jet out onto the beach a few blocks down at 36th.
From this location you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, balboa island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute bike-ride one direction) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Stand-Up-Paddle-board Lessons all in the area you will never need to travel far!
Although you may be looking for a quiet getaway, the action is never more than a Walk/Bike Ride away. -Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.

Cheaply finished and poorly maintained.
The location was great. Most of the furniture was damaged-missing parts of table legs, stains on the couches and chairs, the fans were dirty, the frig was covered in rust, the screen door was broken, the dishwasher was broken, the shower door handle was broken and many of the blinds had broken slats. There were 2 spoons, 4 glasses and 4 bowls -minimally stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the location as it is 4 houses from the beach but it is in serious need of some tlc.

loved this little house. only complaint is there were a few things that needed replacing or fixing. The pump for the air mattress didnt work and there were not enough bowls and glasses. Would stay here again

This property met our needs but others may be disappointed. We never cooked in the kitchen but noticed it was lacking in equipment to actually cook a meal. One small cutting board, no cooking utensils, no can opener, no large bowls if you wanted to mix something. There was a small 4-6 cup coffee maker, a 2 slice toaster. The unit is clean enough but looked old. In the bathroom there was one hand towel, one washcloth and the shower towels were very dingy (we thought they were cleaning rags). Overall it was a place to sleep at night and keep our things. Our friends had a larger/nicer place that we spent most of our time since there wasn't even a comfortable place to sit and watch TV. The sofa smells like stale beer. Be warned, the parking garage is a very tight turn. If you have a larger vehicle you may not be able to actually park in it.
