Amazing view! And the stars at night - wow! Easy check in. Great communication. Cozy and comfortable. Exactly what we needed for a short stay in the area. We had a great stay! The apartment is above a detached garage and it was very quiet. It was clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioning unit is in the one bedroom, so we had to keep the doors open at night to cool down the whole apartment, but that didn’t bother us. There was a cute little balcony with a table and chairs with a beautiful view. We only stayed one night but we wish we could have stayed longer!

This little guest house was the perfect size and location for our brief trip to Ithaca. Just the right amount of space for the two of us with comfortable, nicely appointed furnishings. The view of the property with the glassy pond and surrounding hills was lovely. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
