Welcome to The Warwick Grove, a charming 3-bedroom townhouse in one of Newcastle's most popular areas. Featuring three double bedrooms, a spacious living room with a cosy fireplace, fast Wi-Fi, smart self check-in, and a secure doorbell camera.

Relax in the beautiful private garden surrounded by mature trees and greenery, offering a peaceful escape close to the city centre. Perfect for families, friends, professionals, and city-break visitors exploring Newcastle.

The space
This isn't a typical Vrbo—it's the home I lovingly restored and handcrafted over many years. Much of the woodwork, including the breakfast bar, fireplace surround, beams and garden features, was designed and built by me. Every space has been created to be warm, practical and full of character, and I'm delighted to now share it with guests.

Other things to note
A woodland retreat comes with woodland neighbours! You'll hear birds, see squirrels and occasionally encounter insects, falling leaves or the odd cobweb outdoors. We thoroughly clean before every stay, but nature has a habit of returning quickly!

You may occasionally see spiders or insects, particularly if doors or windows are left open.

The fish have a personal catering service! Our friendly neighbours pop by to feed them, and judging by their waistlines, they're doing an excellent job. Please don't feed them any extra—they're already living their best lives!
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. This is my third time staying at Ionut's house, the house is big and with enough space to relax, the garden is our favorite place, We love that the garden adjoins the park, we could see many squirrels playing and as always Ionut is an amazing host and very easy communication .
