Breakfast was very good and staff made up for the several failings of the overall hotel. I had to look out side to check it was a Crown Plaza?. IT at check-in didn’t work, TV in room intermittently worked, our sons Nintendo switches couldn’t use the WiFi (have in all other hotels around world). Even though we had a don’t disturb on door staff member barged into the room without knocking and then didn’t apologise only making excuse she had been told we had checked out (even though we had another day/night stay). Having stayed at Crown Plazas around the world, we wouldn’t stay here again as really a lower level Holiday Inn and obviously poorly managed.

We’ve stayed at this hotel many times. It’s a great location with good facilities. Staff are always very welcoming a check-in. Rooms are well equipped with a fridge in the room. Breakfast service was outstanding with very friendly and checking everything was ok. Great selections and plenty still available 30 mins before finishing. Highly recommend this hotel

Nice hotel, not as central to the station and centre as I would have liked. Need to walk through an underpass under a bridge from the station which at night is not great. Hotel is nice and spacious, changing room in gym is very small, has a small pool and a gym. Good breakfast, staff at reception were not very friendly. Comfortable spacious room.

The best bit about this hotel was the fabulous restaurant staff. So friendly and chatty. Great food too. The spa was lovely too. Clean, nice facilities. Hotel is in a great location for sightseeing. Will most definitely be returning

Very easy check in and out. The room was lovely and clean. Bathroom was big and shower had plenty of space too. The breakfast wasn’t the best. Some of it seemed to have been out for a while and some of the food from the kitchen was slow. Would definitely go back though.
