This place is pretending to be related to the apartment building across the road, named 'the foundry'. Well we went to park at the foundry and there was a notice there saying that the 'Alfred Apartments' are using photos of their building, and using their name, pretending to be associated with them, and that they have not been able to get a response from them. No reception, bad communication, absolutely filthy and the SMELL was so awful, we didn't even get used to the smell overnight, and our clothes smelled bad the next day. Absolutely awful, I hope this business gets everything they deserve.
