Really enjoyed my stay here, meals at your doorstep, pubs in either direction you can not go wrong staying here, bed was great had a very good nights sleep, didnt like the shower over bath but that wiould be my only complaint.
Arrived late and found that I didn't have park g booked and the restaurant was closed, didn't matter as I parked on the street for free till 9am, also lots of places to eat Rajs corner Indian was very good. Staff more than pleasant and helpful. Room was fantastic comfy bed, washer and drier and a huge room with a balcony. Breakfast was also food great al a carte menu, lovely food and staff, coffee was also good. Work sent me to trial hotel for our staff traveling to Newcastle definitely be back.
Stayed here four nights for work. The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed. The lounge was right in front of the bed right up close against the TV due to lack of space. A very odd arrangement. Other than that the floor I was on was very quiet and I don't think I heard another guest for my entire stay. It's a little bit far from the beaches so if i was down on a pleasure trip I'd stay somewhere a bit closer to there but for a business trip it's perfectly adequate
The Quality Suites Boulevard On Beaumont are extremely well appointed and they ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable in every way. Every staff member is genuine and certainly go above and beyond for their clients. I can't thank them enough for all they did for me whilst I was there on my recent business trip. I look forward to staying there again in the near future.
I've had two separate stays at Quality Suites in Newcastle. The rooms were clean, modern and well appointed with everything you need plus a balcony. I look forward to my next stay and would recommend to others. Service was also very attentive. The only downside was that the restaurant wasn't open for dinner.
The room was good. Can't understand why the kitchenette wasn't on a wet area and why there wasn't an exhaust fan. Some other odd things: A lovely bar off to the Main Street in the foyer wasn't open in the evenings. This would have caught not just the people staying but the locals. Why is closed in the evenings? The room cleaners were very tight. I heard them in the hallway and not quite ready for them, put out a do not disturb to which a quick letter was slid under the door. They did make up the room though after we asked on the way out that day. Car parking was $20 per day. The side streets had 2 hour business hours Monday- Friday and Sat morning and it was easy to use the Back street so why charge ?? In summary a good earnest place but just misses the mark for customer service.
The rooms are well appointed; the bed was one of the most comfortable that I have slept in and I travel ALOT. The staff are VERY helpful, have very good local knowledge and assisted me finding somewhere suitable to walk to for dinner. The restaurant was not open in the evenings. Car parking is an issue. I was concerned with parking my car in the one way street at the rear of the building. If you are staying I would recommend booking a car park ahead of time. I was only informed of this at check in and by then it was to late for me to get a car space. Other than car parking, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend to others.
Stayed here on the first floor with my wife and three year old daughter. The room itself is excellent, with a really good laundry, and a well arranged kitchenette. The balcony faced out over roofs so wasn't great, and the bathroom is good if a little cramped. The spa was really enjoyable. The hotel is located in a really handy location for the eateries along Beaumont Street. The one negative for the location is the fact that the carpark is very limited, and very tight to get in to. It's also difficult to reach, and involves doing a lap of the block because of one-way roads.
I got married earlier in the year and booked two two-bedroom suites for my family who travelled from overseas. I spent lots of time in the suites and they were fantastic. MY family were very grateful, and were very complimentary about the staff who worked there.
3 friends staying for 1 night. Room is very spacious. Had a huge balcony which was great. Had everything you needed so was quite surprised. Staff was very friendly, fast check in & check out. Couldn't get secure parking as fully booked but lucky to have found off street parking. Will definitely stay again!!
