Everything was wonderful. Room was great. Beds comfy. Staff was fabulous. My only problem was tiny things. We had 4 adults in the room. Went to make cuppas in the morning and only 2 cups. Not enough towels for us all

Water issues

We were really looking forward to a quiet night away. The staff did their best to help but there were several issues they were unable to resolve and so we had to buy all our water from the vending machine downstairs overnight, and due to staff activities we were not able to enjoy a quiet breakfast which carried an additional charge. Overall we were disappointed as we felt our stay was hampered by additional costs and challenges despite the hard working staff
