Booked a couple of nights and paid top dollar to ensure we could have an accessible bathroom. It wasn’t accessible. There was a big step into the shower cubicle and although they said there were grab rails etc, there were not. The compendium in the room said rooms were serviced daily. They weren’t. Positives - they were generous with tea, coffee and bathroom consumables. Not good value for money.

This was an overnight stay for us. We arrived after the reception normally closes but we appreciated that one of the staff waited around for us to provide our keys. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. It was just what we needed after a long day of driving.

As a pet friendly park there was no indication of any pets having previously in the room. The Yard, pool, carpark and surrounds were neat and tidy and well maintained.
