Totally false advertising on this please and cero care from the company when i raised my issues with them. I've stayed in so many places and have 5 star ratings from the owners, so this is not a post from someone that makes complaints for the sake of it - i am only posting as i don't want others to be dissapointed for booking this place ( which is not cheap).But this place was dirty, doesn't have a balcony which was advertised 'sit on the balcony with a glass of wine' there is no where to sit.Second issues, kitchen, has 2 hobs to cook on, 2 pans.. that's it, so if you are thinking of booking this place and cooking ( like we wanted to) then please don't book.Water tank - is old and not turned on when we arrived, had no hot water. Someone came out to fix it that night and we were told this is the smallest tank we have seen and so old, needs to be replaced.

Great location, needs some modifications to make it a house worth the money

House was rented by three couples. Main bedroom had no blinds between bedroom and loungeroom, so privacy was an issue. Travelator broke down and so did air-conditioner last night on a 40 degree day. Also one air-conditioner could not cool whole house, back bedrooms had no ceiling fans, so had to borrow fans from relatives as it was very hot when staying there. Contacted management about these issues no response. So that is why I'm posting this review. Shame such a great location.
