Beautiful property in amazing location. Right on an uncrowded beach with so many places to soak in the view. Plenty of space for 3 generations to spread out and be comfortable. Would definitely return if we're in the area again!

We thoroughly enjoyed this whole property. The direct access to the beach & the pool were the highlights, but the many bedrooms & ensuite bathrooms were also very appreciated. This property is exceptionally well equipped with family tables, plates, silverware, & cooking options. There is a whole cabinet for coffee & tea. We were a family group of 12 with a 2 year old & highly recommend this rental

Great house!

This house was great for our family of 13 (7 adults, 6 kids). It had plenty of living space - seating and dining. Pool was a great alternative after beach time. Great access to the beach. Saw beautiful sunrises from the back deck. We hope to come back to this house again next year!

Family Beach Holiday

We recently rented this oceanfront pool home for our (4) children, their spouses and our (5) grandchildren (ages 5 yrs to 9 mos). This property is simply spectacular! Its 6 beds/baths provided private spaces for everyone. The furnishings are beautiful & the kitchen had everything we needed. The location on New Smyrna Beach is fabulous & walking distance to bars & restaurants. The pool was also perfect for the kids. I highly recommend this property!

Perfect Summer Vacation

The home and property were exactly as described. The layout of the bedrooms were perfect for our family of eight adults and five children. There was plenty of seating for both dining and lounging. The kitchen was well equipped. The additional refrigerator in the garage and an assortment of beach chairs, bougie boards, and toys were an added plus. We loved being able to walk directly from the house to the beach. The beach and neighborhood were quiet, yet close to shopping and restaurants.

Great Place to stay in New Smyrna

We really enjoyed our stay, and felt that the location couldn’t have been better! Great ocean views easy access to the beach. Beautiful view of sunrise and sunset. Comfortable beds. The set up was a home away from home. The owners obviously thought of everything. Everyone had space for privacy and then there was a great room that was superb for gathering and enjoying the stay with our family. Thank you so much Bernadette and Dave!!!

Overall we had a wonderful experience. It was a great location and perfect for our 10-lady girls trip. The views were gorgeous, the walk to the Beach was minimal. The home was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The beds we very comfortable. Plenty of seating inside and out and ample towels for all guests. The pictures on the website didn't really show the extent of stairs that guests needed to navigate. We had a few ladies with knee issues and thought putting them in a bedroom on the main floor would eliminate their need to go up and down a lot of stairs. Not realizing the amount they needed to climb to get from the garage into the kitchen. We experienced appliances not in working order, one air conditioner upstairs kept "popping" and the other was leaking onto the floor. The bamboo mats had mold under them, which was reported to the owner directly. It appeared to have some inside and outside deferred maintenance issues that need to be addressed.
