We had an amazing time. The unit was nicely updated, had everything we needed for the week, and the view was spectacular. Another perk was being within walking distance to Flagler Ave where all the local restaurants and shops are. We loved our stay so much that we've already booked it again for next year. If you're looking for a great place to stay in New Smyrna Beach at an affordable price, this is the place to stay.

Views from the balcony were top notch, the balcony was the full length of the condo. Everything was clean except the floors could've used a better cleaning. Building was in great condition and pools were heated as well as super clean! Easy walk to Flagler Ave where all the shops/dining is, would definitely stay here again! Absolutely perfect place for viewing the sunrise. Two pools to choose from and swings to sit in while viewing unbelievable sunrises. Close to fantastic food and cute shops. The condo building was very clean and smelled great. The condo itself was decorated in clean contemporary decor and had everything you need to stay a week or longer. The owner was very easy to talk to. Loved it and will go back.
