Condominio con vista al mar y a la piscina - Point East Condominium

Complejo de condominios completamente renovado en la hermosa playa sin manejo, terminado en 2018. Hermosas vistas del océano y la piscina desde el balcón del tercer piso, a pocos pasos de la playa. Pisos nuevos, recién pintados y decoración costera. Condominio totalmente equipado, solo traiga sus trajes de baño.

El dormitorio principal tiene cama king y televisión de pantalla plana. El segundo dormitorio tiene cama matrimonial y doble. Saque el sofá de la sala de estar. Dos baños completos. Mesa y sillas en el patio para disfrutar de su café matutino o un cóctel nocturno con vistas al hermoso Atlántico y a la piscina.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con vajilla, ollas, sartenes y utensilios de cocina.
TV de pantalla plana por cable en la sala de estar, wifi y teléfono también incluidos.

Gran piscina frente al mar (climatizada en invierno), además de una piscina para niños más pequeña. Tumbonas, mesas y sombrillas en la terraza de la piscina. El área de la piscina también cuenta con una gran casa club cubierta con TV de pantalla plana, mesas y sillas y parrilla de barbacoa de gas. Canchas de tejo frente al mar y entrada segura a la playa.

The condo was very clean and had anything you may need for cooking, going to the beach, or just sitting and relaxing. It was better than I anticipated and we are looking to book again. The beds and pillows were comfy, plenty of clean linens, and places to store all your belongings to make it feel more like home while you stay. Highly recommend!

This is the second time we've stayed at Michelle's Point East Condominium. We absolutely love it! You can't beat the beach being right outside along with a pool we can enjoy. We love how relaxing it is to be there and not worry about cars driving by or being close but not so close to Flagler Ave. The condo itself always feels homey and has everything we need to enjoy the stay. My daughter loves the idea of having her own bathroom to avoid sharing with my wife and I. Keep up the great hospitality!!

Clean and comfortable PRIME Location

The property was clean and comfortable. It was literally steps to the beach and the pool looks out over the beach. Very well maintained grounds! It was well worth the price.

We had a wonderful stay at Point East. The beach was amazing and the location was perfect. The condo is a bit dated but was very very clean. Michelle is quick to respond to any questions and left us a list of restaurants and places to go. We would definitely stay again!

Already planning our next trip!

We stayed 3 nights at Point East and were really happy with the location. Some of the furniture is beginning to show its age, but we were overall very impressed with the cleanliness of the condo and how well stocked it was with anything you could possibly need. We can’t wait to come back!

Sept stay at Point East Condominium

The room and overall property were very nice. The online description of the property was accurate. There were a couple minor issues with the room: 1) The master bathroom fan was broken; 2) There were some ants on the kitchen counter that did not return after wiping up; 3) There was a roach near the front door. There were also a couple of issues regarding the property management that could be improved. The unit next door was undergoing major renovations from about 9am-3pm. This resulted in excessive noise in the unit we stayed in. The other issue was that the outside of the building was being painted. The painters needed to paint the door jams and used a master key to open rooms. We returned one afternoon to find our door wide open and nobody around. The property manager should have made us aware of these issues prior to renting or proactively worked to get us a different room.
