Because this is part of living on the coast and not a cleanliness issue, it isn't grounds for a refund or an early departure credit.

We had a great time in New Smyrna Beach. Dining, Beach and other activities were fun. We look forward to visiting again next year! The house was wonderful and would stay again !

We rented the whole house. Easily accommodated our entire family of 10 comfortably with room to spare. Elevator was great for Grandma and Grandpa with mobility issues. Love the individual thermostats and kitchens on each floor which were well stocked with kitchen supplies. Pet friendly. Walking distance to beach. Overall great stay.
