Master ensuite bath has an upgraded walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has new twin beds, large closet and plenty of drawer space. Both bedrooms also have televisions. Guest bathroom has tub shower combo. The kitchen has a dishwasher and is well stocked with new pots, pans, dishes, coffeemaker, etc. Beach chairs, cooler, and many games are here for you to enjoy. Please Note: The community will be undergoing scheduled maintenance in the coming weeks:

- Painting Project: Starting May 5, 2025, exterior painting will begin on stacks 1–7. Balcony access will be required, and maintenance personnel may need to enter the unit to complete this work. You may also notice painters and equipment around the property during this time.
- Pool Closure: The community pool will be closed from May 12–17, 2025 for maintenance and will not be accessible during this period.
