Welcome to Unit 109!

This sunny coastal condo offers a great getaway, but please note that daytime construction will occur on the property from mid-August through the fall season. With no elevator hassle, convenience to the beach, pool, sundeck, grill, shuffleboard & cabana adds to the total relaxation experience. After dark, the lighted palms and pool add ambience that can be enjoyed from the living area.

The 2/2 unit is comfortably furnished and sleeps four. There is a smart TV in the living area and another TV in the master/primary bedroom. Three charging stations with USB and USB-C connections make it easy to charge multiple devices simultaneously. A desk and strong WiFi make for a working vacation. The beach theme is subtle with space for guests to make the place their own. Each bathroom has a makeup mirror and hair dryers etc. The unit includes beach chairs, toys, and board games. A full-sized washer & dryer is in the utility room. The galley kitchen is functional, efficient, & well equipped for preparing food away from home. Lovely beach vacation

The property was exactly as described. Clean and has everything you need. There are even beach toys for the kids to use and towels for the pool/beach. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was amazing! Being in the first floor made it easy in snd out with the kids. We will be back.
