Upstairs, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a full-sized dining table featuring plush booth seating, and a spacious lounge area that includes a 50-inch TV with over 50 Sky channels. 

There’s also a comfortable leather couch that can be converted into a double sofa bed for extra guests. 

Downstairs, there are two bedrooms, each of which can be configured with either a king or super king bed; the super king can also be split into two singles if you prefer. Both bedrooms feature their own 42-inch TV for added convenience. 

The stylish bathroom boasts an oversized shower with dual shower heads. Additional perks include off-street parking, unlimited WiFi, and a washer/dryer.

Next door, you’ll find Home Love & Mette K, a charming home interiors store with fantastic coffee.

All Mellow Management properties come stocked with essentials such as coffee, tea, milk, cooking oil, salt, pepper, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

The apartment has everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay, but if you need a hairdryer, please bring your own as it’s not provided.

If you require use of the spare bed during your stay, a $50 fee will apply. Please let us know in advance if you would like the spare bed prepared.
