About this property

Just minutes to National Park beaches, world famous golf courses and restaurants

Amazing views! This second storey, one bedroom apartment is above the homeowners garage and includes a spacious bedroom, bathroom, a comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, as well as front & back decks to admire the rolling hill views in all directions.

Being centrally located on the Island, you are apx 30 minutes to both Charlottetown and Summerside where you will find amazing restaurants, theaters & boardwalks. We are only 10 minutes to the North Shore, specifically, Cavendish (and the famous Anne of Green Gables), North Rustico, and Stanley Bridge where you'll find deep sea fishing, professional golf courses, and other local community theaters and live musical events. Our property is in the community of New Glasgow where you can enjoy fine dining at the Old Mill Restaurant, the New Glasgow Lobster Suppers, Pipers or the PEI Preserve Company. Be sure to stop by The Toy Factory for some great shopping ideas. For bikers & hikers, we're also just minutes away from connecting to the Confederation trail in Hunter River. The trail runs the full length of the Island and is open to pedal bikes and hikers from early spring until the snow flies in late fall.

PLEASE NOTE: We, the owners do live on site, and we have two small lovable dogs, Niki & Piper, but only you will have access to your private apartment. There is a small shared entry way where you access the loft apartment, and we the owners, use the same shared entry to get to our garage. The yards and parking are the only shared spaces.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a safe.

Very well appointed loft, had everything we needed to prepare meals. Everything new and clean, very comfortable accommodations. Relaxing to sit out on balconies, beautiful place. Host and hostess so helpful and ready to respond with any request. Couldn’t have found a better place. Love the girls too, so cute and friendly and such a nice reception to come home too. Definitely recommend this place to everyone wanting a homey and relaxing place to stay

Check was seamless with instructions our host provided. As soon as we entered the loft we felt at home. It's beautifully furnished, comfortable and decorated with thoughtful touches. Very comfortable bed, lots of towels, hot water. During the heatwave the heat pumps AC was much appreciated. Met both our hosts during our stay and they are lovely people.

Amazing experience. The loft was really clean with a beautiful view. My wife and I stayed a week for our honeymoon and wish we could live there. It’s in the middle of the island so you can drive to various points and enjoy them. The Mill restaurant is just down the road and we highly recommend going there. Lynn is an amazing host and made sure our time was spent well. I suggest drinking a coffee with the beautiful view to the fields to start the day.
