Nestled in the heart of Green Gables Shore, alongside the Prince Edward Island’s National Park, on picturesque Route 6. Just three km. east of Cavendish, we are minutes away from stunning beaches, casual and fine dining, live theatre, award-winning golf courses, shopping, fishing, Green Gables attractions and more. Our idyllic and scenic location makes us a perfect home base for day trips to all areas of the Island. This beautiful home is situated on 2.5 acre land surrounded by farms.
Main House
This custom designed and styled house consist of 8 rooms with en-suite bath and can host up to 18 guest.
On our main floor you will find a large dining room, kitchen, family room, 2 bedrooms and a large indoor heated saltwater pool. On the second floor you have 6 additional rooms with attached baths. Rooms are available with king, queen, double and twin beds.
Our kitchen offers extensive storage, counter space, and style to spare. With 4 separate sinks, 2 stoves, 2 dishwashers, and 2 refrigerators.
Guest do not have access to the Garage and Wood barn and the newly constructed event center. The event center is available for use at extra charge. Parking available for multiple vehicles. We also have bikes including one Tandem, for hire.
You can find grocery, liquor and other amenities within 3 minutes drive towards North Rustico.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 8.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 8 bedrooms and a dining area. The bathroom offers hair dryers and free toiletries. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.

We had a great time at the Graham’s Inn. It was the perfect place to have our friends and their families over. The best part was we didn’t even need to worry about weather as there was an indoor pool. We all left completely relaxed after enjoying the pool, hot tub, sauna and cold plung! The house had two fridges and two ovens so lots of things that helped accommodate a large crowd. It also had lots for the kids to do- player, pond with fish in it, bunny rabbits, toads etc. Our stay was so enjoyable and we will definitely be back!

Family Vacation

We had 18 of us (mixture of kids and adults) stay at this beautiful property. Our stay was awesome. The pool/hot tub/sauna were huge hits. The kids and the adults had a blast.The house has tons of space for eating as a big group and the yard is perfect for outdoor games (throwing a football around, baseball, etc).Sharat was great to deal with as was Lloyd the property manager. Would 10/10 recommend and we will be back!
