We loved our stay at Gruene Haven! The property was walking distance to the center of Gruene and the perfect size to accommodate our group. The house is very well kept and stocked with anything you may need! We would most definitely stay here again!

The condo was very clean and well furnished. The beds were very comfortable. There were a few minor issues. The big shower head in the downstairs bathroom leaked and sprayed water towards the ceiling when it was activated so I had to use the handheld shower head. It just needs to be reinstalled and it should be fine. There was not a large skillet in the kitchen. I like to cook a big breakfast in the mornings, bacon, eggs, etc. and was surprised there wasn't one, and there were no extra trash bags for the kitchen trash either. Minor things, but overall a very enjoyable stay.

The penthouse and surrounding grounds near the river are beautiful! We would stay there again in the future. So close to Gruene, we were able to walk to the downtown area. We enjoyed fishing and relaxing along the rivers edge. The only issue we had, was with the front door-hard to close, but other than that, we were very happy with our stay! Plenty of bathrooms and beds!

Walking distance to center of Gruene (2 min). Never had to get in the car and fight parking. Beautiful patio, great kitchen, great sleeping arrangements.

Great access to Gruene and River

Like new condos were amazing. Very clean and well stocked. Easy walk down to the river and not a bad walk to Gruene. Will definitely be returning to use our Schlitterbaun season passes.

Absolutely amazing home and property, perfect location!

We were in Gruene for the annual Wine and Music Festival and wanted a place that was within walking distance of Gruene Hall. This condo property was perfect! River frontage and an amazing park-like back yard with all the amenities. We didn't have time on this trip to use the outdoor amenities, but it's a wonderful property. The condo itself was perfectly appointed with everything we needed and looked like a model home. So spacious, clean, and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again! Highly recommended.

Amazing property. More than enough room for all. Great layout and very relaxing stay. So close to Gruene and attractions that we walked there. If you drive it is less than a minute away. Elevator is a great addition as one of the our family members couldn’t walk upstairs. Thank you for the amazing experience.

Comfy and Perfect

Our stay was so relaxing and enjoyable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The furnishings and decor were simple and elegant. The couch was so comfortable. I really appreciated the extra blankets around, as it was nice to cozy up on the couch and watch a movie. The beds were very comfortable and the patio was amazing. I cannot wait to go back in the Spring/Summer and enjoy the easy river access and all the area has to offer.
