Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. In addition, the electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in.

Old Mill Resort on the Gruene is the perfect place to stay whether a romantic getaway, family outing or just the peaceful setting to relax and reconnect with friends. Take a dip in the pool or relax in the shade under the pavilion. Our 1700 square foot fully furnished condo is conveniently located 1/3 mile from Historic Gruene and Rockin R Tube Rentals. Less than 2 miles to the Comal River Tube Chute, Schlitterbahn and 3 miles to downtown New Braunfels. Take in the live music, dancing, great food, shopping and antique shops during your stay.

This fully furnished 3-bedroom condo is on the 2nd floor (no elevator). There are 2 master suites with king size beds. The 3rd bedroom is an upstairs loft with queen bed. All 3 bedrooms have cable, Smart TV and private en suite bathroom with deep soaking tub/shower combo. Premium linens and hotel size bathroom amenities provided. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, Instant Pot, crockpot and food processor. Owners have also added a high chair and pack n play and medium dog kennel. Full size washer and dryer for convenience. 2 communal charcoal grills (charcoal not provided). Comfortable seating in the living room with a queen sofa sleeper cable, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. The pool is open from 9 AM - 9 PM. Come down and enjoy our beautiful resort today!

Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. 2 vehicles allowed. Great location close to Gruene. The beds were comfy and we loved the soaking tubs. The location is across from an event center so we did encounter noise from the wedding letting out around 10:30pm. Only other feedback would be to add charging station upstairs near the bed. There were plenty of outlets in the bunk bed area but not near the queen sized bed. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Laundry was great. Nice to have a couple of pods for washer and dishwasher. If you want everyone to use makeup removers instead of washcloths you need to supply more. I don’t use those. Kitchen was stocked enough for us but we didn’t cook just reheated things. If people want to cook more they may need more.

Fantastic location in Gruene

Stayed here in Gruene for our son's wedding. It perfectly suited our family needs. We had 2 master bedrooms, each with private bathroom suits. The loft slept 4 more. Bunks are adorable and cozy, but obviously a bit tight for adults.The ability to do laundry was wonderful. Kitchen was well stocked. The unit was beautifully furnished with a true Texas feel. The only other feedback i woukd add is that it seems a bit silly to need to provide our own toilet paper and garbage bags... i brought my own detergent which was nice to have.We loved pur stay. It was an ideal location within Gruene, close to the river, the shops and downtown Gruene. Loved the area. Many thanks!!

Property was clean and very nice. Event center area is a no go zone and property owner makes it clear. But, participants are able to park on lot used for rental residents. Water psi was very low.

Made an interview into a family weekend stay. We started out with a little mishap with check-in but hostess took care of it as soon as she found out. The ac is not cold enough at night. Everything else was pretty nice. We has a good comfortable stay.

Great weekend in Gruene!

We had a great weekend at the condo. The layout was perfect for our needs. It was close to Gruene Hall, the river and all the restaurants. The condo was clean and looked just like the listing. We had a great time and wished we could have stayed longer. We’ll definitely be coming back for another stay!
