Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time and the access to the Comal and Schlitterbahn was amazing. The only thing I wish it would have said is that it's impossible to sleep on the bottom bunk of bunk bed if you are over the age of 5. There isn't much space between the top and bottom bunk.

Too many texts/emails about early/late check-in. Check out requirements could have been one of those texts instead of generic “reference check out requirements within unit”. Later was told they were on the fridge.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved this condo. It was very clean and in a very convenient location. It was nice to be able to walk to the river access in less than 2 minutes, float for 45 minutes, and end up at the properties private access point. It is perfect if you have small children that might not be able to float the entire river or if you want to avoid the rapids. We will definitely be back.

Great Location

This is a good location for a New Braunfels stay. Conveniently located for playing in or tubing the Comal River, walking to Schlitterbahn, or just being close to restaurants and other activities in town. The unit is well decorated and clean. The sleeper sofa in the living room is broken so the cushions are low on one side. The mattress in the master bedroom is sunk in the middle which takes a little to get used to. Also, there are no chairs and table on the patio as shown in one of the photos. Also, you have to go to an office to get your bracelets and car passes for the property prior to check in which is a little inconvenient. I stayed in another unit on the property where these items are waiting for you in the room. Otherwise and overall, this was a good place to stay and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, clean

Fantastic location and a clean unit. The unit does need some updates (queen mattress) and living room furniture is “broken in”, but still sufficient. Great place to sleep if you’re floating the river and at the water park all day. Walkable to bakeries and restaurants as well.
