This property is a duplex, attached to unit #161B, and is a 4-bedroom 3-bath that will accommodate up to 10 guests. Gorgeous property that boasts convenience in every direction! Enjoy a shared plunge pool (shared with unit B), BBQ grills, and deck areas. The property is within walking distance to the Comal River/tube chute, Schlitterbahn Water Park, local restaurants, Landa Park Golf course, Hinmann Island, and more!

This cottage offers internet, flat-screen TVs, a washer/dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, granite counter tops, a garden tub, and luxurious linens.

Bringing a furry friend along? No problem! Our optional pet service is available for just $25.00 per day for dogs under 40 lbs and $40.00 per day for dogs over 40 lbs. A one-time $35 cleaning fee applies for additional cleaning inside the cottage. Yard cleanup is not included.
