The hosts were amazing and the location is perfect for balloon viewing. Breakfast was delicious and the room was very comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

It’s was a short holiday trip, we were greeted with a great welcome by Muhammad, next morning our room got upgraded by Jahn and later we were served with cooked to order breakfast by Munevver and everything freshly baked by her personally with very caring love and responsibility, Aytekin, made sure we were served breakfast and tea etc even without asking. Manager/owner Mustafa made sure that we were looked after well, to everything we asked he said yes, he got us very good deals on tours and balloon rides. The hotel is run very efficiently by great team work and a smile. It was like a home away from home. We highly recommend this exceptional hotel for a comfortable and a caring stay.

Unique Cave Hotel with Great Hospitality and Views

Wonderful host and friendly kitchen staff serving a fresh, healthy breakfast. Stunning views and a unique cave hotel experience. The host consistently recommended different attractions at excellent prices, and Munevver was especially great to us!

Staff were all very helpful. We arrived slightly early and we were checked in right away so we could freshen up before our scheduled tour at 10am. Everyone was great! As we collected our left luggage in the afternoon, Cigna even assisted us in finding a place for a shower facility within the city center before we catch the night bus, even if we’ve already checked out that morning, Munnever from from the dining staff also made sure we were satisfied with the breakfast prepared. Very good selection . Would definitely book with them again!

Lovely cave hotel

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were decent, staff very welcoming and we enjoyed watching the hot air balloons from the terrace. The team helped us book our hot air balloon ride last minute as well.

It was very good, nice rooms, nice location, it's 10-15 min walk from the downtown of Goreme. If you get any tours they pick you up and drop you off. Nice view from the hotel, good breakfast. We enjoyed the stay.

It was a nice hotel, our room was really big and comfortable. Really loved the cave vibe.The bathroom was huge as well! Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was probably 7/10, it was decent but I wish there was more variety. Location is good, it takes like 10-15 minutes to walk down to where there are more restaurants and shops. You can also see the view of the balloons in the morning!
