Superb location & great hospitality.

We had great time at Emit, all staff members are very friendly and respectful. They arranged our green tour, private sunset tour and taxi to airport at very reasonable prices. Private Jeep sunset tour was amazing. Cave rooms with great views

Nice View to see Hot Air Balloon

We have a good view at the roof deck to see the hot air balloon. The reception tried his best to accommodate us and feel comfortable while waiting for our room as we arrived early. They are helpful with our needs and suggested the agents for day tour.

Even if its a 3 star hotel, it has the basic amenities such as proper toiletries, a notepad/pen and a boiling water. Its enough for everything and its walkable towards the markets/shops and restaurants within the town.

Great hospitality

Arrived early morning, the hotel allowed us to check in early. Great room for my family and accomodate total 6 person comfortably. Within 5 min walking distance to city center. Host helped us to make arrangement and advise on the activities and i think we got a fair / good value.

Beautiful hotel but family room could use a dehumidifier or air conditioning as was very damp from truly being a cave. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great experience

It was excellent choice to stay here during göreme travel. Nice turkish breakfast, beautiful terrace(you can see tons of baloons at morning), and friendly staffs. Ah you also can find two lovely doggies! I can truly recommend this place.

Be humble about your fault.

我必須沉重的說，這是我見過最不專業且態度糟糕的HOTEL，從行前到後來出包連連，這家飯店給我最大的誠意就是：1不回信2不主動聯絡3客人需要自力救濟！行前我就不知道打了幾通國際電話確認行程，入住期間，從飯店櫃檯人員到老闆屢次出錯，導致我的家人因行程差點被延誤而血壓飆高求助無門，櫃台人員態度也很糟糕，散漫不經心跟不耐煩，先是接駁講錯機場被我抓包，跟他確認事情都要我們自己隔天問老闆，本來講好的免費接駁到機場也跟我們收錢，最後都是靠我們自己打國際電話聯絡解決，這過程他們沒有一次主動聯繫過我們，爾後又因飯店的錯誤導致我們其他款項重複收取的損失，這中間老闆是直接消失不回信，給了負評之後才跳出來怪客人態度不好自己無辜，完全不提自己這段期間消失放客人自己客訴處理退款的惡劣行徑，說真的，這種態度在經營酒店，第23456個負評只是遲早的事情！公道自在人心，人在做天在看！ Sakura cave hotel don't like reply customer's mail and the customer still have to remain calm and pollite even they treated you bad at the moment and irresponsible non-reply after. You hears another critized, you thinks yourself injured. Can you be mature about your fault? Our anger is the reflection what you did to us on that day. You feel injured and how about us? If my aunty got any healthy injured in the airport, can you responsible for everything? Word of advice, pride go before, failure follows him. Be humble about your fault. Feeling hurt can't solve the truth that you leave a bad impression on your customer.

Otel genel olarak güzeldi. Sabah kahvaltıları açık büfe çeşitler de yeterliydi. Odalar genel olarak temizdi, odalarda wifi var ama çık hızlı olduğunu söyleyemem. Konum itibariyle azıcık yukarıda kalıyor biz araba kiraladığımız için rahattık ama arabası olmayanlar için yürüyerek çıkmak sıkıntı olabilir çünkü yokuş çıkıyorsunuz. 2 günlük konaklamam sırasında herhangi bir sorunla karşılaşmadım sadece ütü yoktu eğer ihtiyacınız olacaksa yanınızda götürün derim. Odalarda kalorifer yanıyordu soğuk değildi. Bir kez daha tercih edebileceğim bir otel.

Kapadokya bölgesinin en güzel yöresinde Göreme de yer alan otelin konumu itibari ile güzel bir tepede yer alıyor. Taş oda geniş ve rahattı. Wi-fi de sıkıntı yoktu. Oda da ihtiyaç olacak malzemeler var. Yataklar geniş ve rahat.Sabah kahvaltısında çeşit birçok otele oranla oldukça fazla. Akşam terasında çayınızı yudumlarken manzarının keyfini çıkarabilirsiniz. Otel personeli ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Çevre gezisi için rota konusunda yardımcı oluyorlar. Göreme merkez yürüme mesafesinde 10-15 dakika sürüyor. Tekrar kalmayı kesinlikle düşüneceğim ve tavsiye edeceğim bir otel...

Otele ilk girdiğinizden itibaren içinize dolan memnuniyet hissi harika. İsmail ve Metin bey ile çalışanları gayet ilgililer. Otelin konumu gayet güzel. Özellikle sabahki balon şöleni harikaydı. Kahvaltı yeterliydi. Ayrıca bölgeye ilk defa gidenler için gezme güzergahı hakkında verdikleri bilgiler çok iyiydi. Kapadokya ya hiç gitmeyenlerin mutlaka buraları gezmesini tavsiye ederim.
