Staff was very nice. Was in safe part of Amsterdam. The room was a tad confusing the fan plugged in would only work with lights on so I moved it. Floor ac unit did not work at all the room was very warm, the wall unit was broken, tv also didn’t work unless all lights were on so I didn’t use it. Comfortable and spacious very very quiet with window wide open on the cool nights in Amsterdam in July thankfully!

I cannot say enough about this property... First off the staff is amazing! I would give them all 7 stars if I could. The hotel itself is beautiful and historic, the canals are picturesque, the town is lively and vibrant. What more is there? You definitely want to stay here, you won't regret your stay!
