Newly renovated apartment on the fourth floor with elevator and with wonderful sea views. It is located just a few meters from Carabeillo beach and just a few minutes walk from the Balcón de Europa. The apartment has air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room. It has a brand new, open plan kitchen, 2 shower rooms and new floors throughout. The apartment consists of: fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, tableware and crockery, a spacious and bright living-room with table and four chairs in addition to a 3 seater sofa and an armchair, as well as TV with Spanish and non Spanish channels. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom two single beds, both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There are 2 shower rooms. From the living room and the master bedroom there is a large South facing terrace and very nice views to the sea as well as to urbanization and its gardens and swimming pool. The apartment offers free Wi-Fi to its customers. Around there are many shops, bars and restaurants.

A lovely apartment

Lovely apartment - bright, modern, very clean with beautiful view from spacious balcony over gardens to sea. Great swimming pool in well kept gardens. Couple of minutes to beach, and old centre with restaurants, bars and shops. SM team were excellent and their office is a few steps away. Highly recommended. I cannot think of anything - we had a great stay and certainly intend to return. Thank you.

Me encanta la ubicación y estar frente al mar. Los dos colchones de las camas de 90cm, estan mal, mis hijos no han podido descansar bien.
