There is a supermarket, bars and restaurants 200 metres from the apartment. Burriana beach is 1.8 km away. The centre of Nerja and the Balcón de Europa are 4 km away. A local bus route connects the residential area with the beach and the town centre, allowing you to get around without a car throughout your stay.

Parking and Access in San Juan de Capistrano

The accommodation does not have private parking. The San Juan de Capistrano area usually has more street parking available than other parts of Nerja, even in high season.



Important information: The accommodation includes internal stairs leading to the second terrace.

General access to the studio is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.



Pool information: The communal swimming pool is open from Easter until 31 October. On rare occasions, availability may be temporarily affected by maintenance, repairs or other circumstances within the residential complex.
