Beautiful, newly renovated 2-bedroom apartment well situated within walking distance of the Burriana beach and the town centre.
The property is situated on the 2nd floor (with lift) and comprises of a spacious bright open plan lounge- dining area decorated and furnished in a modern style with air conditioning, free wifi and TV with Spanish and international channels. Patio doors lead to the lovely balcony – terrace which wraps around the whole apartment (South and West Facing) offering sunshine all day and sea views, furnished with 2 lounge chairs and a small dining table making it ideal for dining al fresco.
The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped with oven, microwave, electric hob and kitchen utensils (washing machine on the terrace)
There are two good sized bedrooms, one with double bed, large wardrobe, AC and access to the terrace- balcony, and the second bedroom with two twin beds wardrobe and AC. Both these rooms share a newly fitted shower room.
