The communal pool is currently undergoing upgrades. It was previously expected to remain closed throughout the summer; however, the latest update from the community indicates a possible reopening from 1st August 2026. Please note this is a communal facility outside of our control, and any delays cannot be guaranteed or held against us.

New update today's date 27.7.26 -> the pool will continue their building work, and we have not futher update of the finished date

Attention, lire les avis clients !!!A notre arrivée, quelle surprise de découvrir que la piscine n’est pas accessible. Un panneau annonce la fin des travaux le 23/07, mais le chantier prendra encore des mois, tout est à refaire. L’agence qui s’occupe de la location nous a répondu qu’il fallait lire dans les avis clients, que l’info n’avait pas était cachée... C’est tellement facile et honteux de faire ça. Quand on réserve on regarde la description du bien.Emplacement du lotissement assez loin de la plage (impossible à faire à pied avec cette chaleur). Mais le logement est placé près d’un grand poteau électrique devant la terrasse, une vue sur la station électrique, la voie express et oui, un peu de mer tour de même... Le voisinage est sympa, et calme. Des magasins d'alimentation à proximité. Le logement est assez bien équipés mais les photos datent un peu dans l’ensemble. Attention, dès l’arrivée on est dans le bain: un toilette ne fonctionne pas et une ventouse pour déboucher les canalisarions est posée au sol de la salle de bain. Petit plaisir supplémentaire pour faire évacuer l’eau quand on prend une douche ! Des lampes hs. Les fourmis sont partout. A nous de nous équiper pour les chasser... Pas mal de points négatifs qui ont tout de même gâché notre séjour. Mais Nerja et les environs sont top !!!
