Just got home from our stay.It was the perfect house for a reunion of high school friends who were celebrating a retirement.Jan and Matthew were responsive to the few questions we had and the property was as pictured on the VRBO site. The main kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to have meals together and laugh over old and new stories. Our friend lives in Bradley Beach so it was perfect for gathering at her place or at Jan and Matthew’s place. Asbury Park is so close and offers lots of attractions, as well. Thanks for providing us with a place to gather and laugh and remember why old friends are the best!

I think we may have been some of the first guests this year since we came down in shoulder season. One of the fridges was broken so we lost some food that we had bought, but overall it was a good space and matched the listing. Definitely more geared towards families and kids.

Family wedding weekend

My family came to Asbury Park for a wedding, and this house was absolutely perfect for our family to all be under one roof. The location was ideal—just 10 minutes from both the church and the venue with anything you needed just right around the corner. The layout and size of the home gave everyone plenty of privacy, with spacious wings that suited each family member & neighborhood was quiet. The house was exceptionally clean upon arrival and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable, home-like stay. We especially enjoyed gathering in the large seating area and making memories over board games. Our only regret was not having more time to take the bikes out and explore the shore! Check-in and check-out were very smooth, and the hosts were friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely recommend this home for any large family getaway!
