Welcome to Villa Michaela! Designed all on one level, the interiors are flooded with golden sunlight from the tall glass windows, making the whole living area bright and warm. Head through the sliding doors into a traditional-style lounge, featuring antique décor, fresh white walls, and old-style furniture. Alongside is the wonderful kitchen, featuring a pine finish and a sociable breakfast bar. Spanning just one floor, the three bedrooms are a snug reprieve after a busy day at the beach. Just a short drive away is Latchi, filled with first-class restaurants and lively bars for evenings spent sampling delicious dishes and trying some traditional wines and beers. For a slice of culture, visit the authentic village of Peyia, a short drive away, where local tavernas serving up traditional meze line the picturesque streets.
You’ll be spending most of your time in the gorgeous outdoor space, with a wide terrace wrapped with swaying palm trees. Jump in the swimming pool to escape the heat, then laze the day away on a poolside sun lounger while staring out at the rural vistas. For some much-needed shade, head under the canopy and lounge on the sofa set up with a good book. The alfresco dining area features a beautiful wooden oak table and a rustic brick barbecue—ideal for grilling up some tasty dishes in the crisp, fresh air.

Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 150cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 140cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 140cm wide. There are two steps down to the terrace/pool area. It's mostly flat with a wrap-around lawn. This is best seen in the images. This is a ground-floor property. There are four steps going from the main living area to the bedrooms. All bedroom doors are 75cm wide, whilst the main bathroom door is 64cm wide.
