Villa Naxos has a private parking space next to the Villa. The main entrance is at the side with a few steps up to the front door.


Swimming Pool, Pool Terrace & Sunbathing Area

The swimming pool sits among a stone yard with several places to sit under the shadow, making it the ideal place to relax whilst admiring those distant sea views. Just next to the pool.


Living Space & Kitchen

The bright, open plan kitchen, dining and seating area on the ground floor is a great place to socialise after a day by the pool. There are patio doors and windows which flood the room with light and really open up the feeling of space. There is also a large balcony located off this room with a stone BBQ.

Relax in the living area which is dominated by the fantastic views over the pool and the sea. From here, patio doors open to a spacious terrace where you will find the outdoor furniture. The perfect place to enjoy your evenings watching the sunset.

On the ground floor, there is a couch that can be converted into a comfortable queens bed.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each one with its' terrace and fabulous views of the surrounding area. These bedrooms also share a separate bathroom. There is also sun deck on the 1st-floor terrace, designed to offer moments of luxury while enjoying the views of the Aegean Sea.

Great place to stay in Kastraki Naxos

Villa Naxos is delightful. Everything is in new and clean condition, and it’s a short walk to a beautiful beach where you can easily rent sun beds, order food and drinks, and relax. Giorgos, the host, is super friendly and helpful. From the moment I booked to the entire time we were there, he was super responsive to text messages and helpful with recommendations. He even had some bottles of water and food in the refrigerator for our arrival, so we could immediately relax after our long flights. There is a shaded carport to park a car and keep it cool. The balcony has a nice view of the sea, and you can watch the sunset from the roof. There is a shower outside by the pool, making it easy to rinse off sand. The villa has air conditioning throughout, and the shutters make the bedrooms dark for sleeping. There are several good restaurants and a market very close by. Overall, we were completely delighted with our stay. I highly recommend this villa for a great Naxos vacation.
