Hotel is located about 20 min from the airport, half of the way the road changes to dirt and rocks unpaved road. The hotel is located within 10min walk to a nice sunbathing beach and close to very windy surfing beach. The room: was very interesting: two levels and everything built in. Problem that no storage/shelves/closets or anywhere to ut your things. The bathroom on the upper level has a problematic drain that if clogged, will flood the entire room and downstairs, since there is no separation between the shower and the bedroom, only a flimsy curtain (so you are literally showering in the bedroom!) Staff is helpful, breakfast is very nice. A couple of restaurants in the area close by, but i recommend to go some place else, for the food is not the greatest, except the simple gyro's place, which makes great gyros and souvlaki.

Our experience in Orkos Beach Hotel was one of a kind! The personnel is very polite, the hotel is very beautiful and clean, the breakfast is fantastic and it is close to the most amazing beaches of the island! We enjoyed every bit of our stay in Naxos there and will surely visit it again!

During our 5th visit we planned a kitesurfing course for the second week: so off to Mikri Vigla, the best place for kiting on Naxos. Since we chose the Flisvos Kitecenter for the course, we booked the accommodation in the Orcos Beach Hotel. The hotel is located right next to the kitesurf school, which is quite practical. The rooms (we had with 2 adults and 2 children the maisonette with 2 bedrooms) are pleasantly large and very beautifully furnished: stylish and modern. Each bedroom has a separate shower and toilet, while the washbasins are located in the rooms. The apartment is very clean - it is cleaned every day and there are new towels every day. Everybody's very friendly. The breakfast buffet is great: fresh fruit, egg dishes, croissants, bread, rolls and cake...everything there. The pool, however, is rather disappointing: in the photos it looked really big, while it is in real life mini and is only used by the small children of the hotel. Conclusion: beautiful, modern hotel in Cycladic style right next to the kitesurf school. Really recommendable.

We hired a car from Naxos port and after the opulence of Santorini, we were a bit bemused about the dirt track road leading to Mikri Vigla. Seems it is a shortcut and there is a longer tarmacked route around The hotel exceeded all expectations. They were so laid back and were happy to just let you get on with it. Never known a hotel that just lets you buy food and drink across the road in a supermarket and eat it by the pool. We were happy though to keep our costs down. The room was lovely and all the facilities worked well. I had a bit of a problem with the air conditioning the first night but it was immediately fixed. The sheets and towels were changed very regularly and there were more than enough sun loungers. The only criticism was that they provided no facility for shade around the pool and I had to resort to lining up behind a tree. I appreciate there is a lot of wind but a solid structure could easily be built. The breakfast was really good and buffet style so you could eat what you wanted. The restaurants around were of a reasonable standard but go early to avoid the rush if you want serving quickly. Kitesurfing I brought my own kit with me and used my 12 meters and 9 meter on most days.(70 kgs) We came mainly for the kitesurfing and got plenty of wind. The beach and rigging area is a short 50-yard walk across the road. This is not a place for complete beginners through the water is very choppy. - much more so than Paros. Very safe though as the bay is curved and the wind would blow you onto the beach unless you went a long way from the beach. No real shelter from the sun on the beach so a beach brolley is not a bad idea if you can stop it blowing away. For competent kitesurfers - a great place

Wonderfully updated hotel in Orkos. It is located about 15 minutes from downtown/port. The restaurant within the hotel is great! VERY reasonably priced drinks, and food. The service at the restaurants was amazing! Great mojitos. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were spacious, and the Coco-Mat mattresses were extremely comfortable!! Loved the outside deck and being able to watch the sunset every night. Taverna across the street also had amazing views, great food. Free parking on-site, very cold AC, great rainfall shower, and toiletries provided.

A superbly located hotel if your kitesurfing as its a walk across the road to Mikri Vigla beach. The rooms are modern and clean, staff are pleasant, A good bar run by Nico for lunch/evening drinks, with good food and snacks. 15 min drive back into town but loads of country tavernas locally. A car is handy though. Downside of this hotel 1. Breakfast is a little basic but adequate. 2. There is little shade around the pool. 3. It can be windy. This being said, I would return again

Naxos was our favorite part of our three-island trip to Greece (Mykonos, Naxos, Santorini). This hotel was perfect. We had a room virtually right above reception overlooking the sea and all of the kitesurfers. A very short car ride away from our favorite beach (Plaka Beach) made the location quite convenient. The breakfast was great and the staff were excellent. Will return.

we stayed for 4 nights at this hotel after already being on the island for 4 nights at another location. We had a split level apartment with 2 rooms joined by a staircase. The rooms had lots of character and were well designed with great lighting. nice and cool and with good beds and a large shower in the lower room, although we never had hot water. The pool was surrounded by grass but the main issue was lack of shade. Due to the strong winds there, they did not put up umbrella's but there was only one tree to provide shade form the sun. The location is perfect right next to the beach and across the road from a shop and several restaurants. The inhouse restaurant was actually better than the ones across the road. the breakfast that was provided free with the room was adequate but nothing exciting. The receptionist was friendly and helpful but we didn't interact with any other staff. Overall this is a decent hotel for the price but after staying in an incredible place the days before we were never going to be blown away by it.

Fantastic place. Where to start? Great location - ideal place to be used as a base to explore Naxos. Walking distance to some nice beaches. Clean rooms - spotless, amazing breakfast and serving area, greatly designed hotel. Minimal but decorated with taste. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed and we do travel a lot. They also upgraded us to an executive room with sea view. Very friendly staff - thank you Kyriaki :)

Nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and fresh room. We stayed in a suite. Breakfast ok, not a huge selection but enough choices for 5 days. Just opposite Plaka beach, one of the best I've seen in Greece.
