This 140 mÂČ villa with swimming pool (open 01.06-31.10) and 330 mÂČ of terraces/verandas is placed on a 2130 mÂČ plot bordering a shallow lake next to the Glyfada Beach. Distance from villa to lake is 50 m and further 80 m across the lake to the beach.

This is a detached house registered by the National Tourist Organisation under license MHTE 1174K91001036801 and with E-platform 60518.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms one of which has a whirlpool bathtub. Furthermore there are 2 living rooms; one with a fireplace and access to the main terrace surrounding the villa and one to the veranda, both have a panoramic 270Âș view. In addition, there is a roof terrace with magnificent 360Âș views.

The fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances includes an American refrigerator/freezer with ice-cube machine, so you can enjoy chilled drinks in the evening on the terrace watching the sunset.

Terraces has ample outside sitting places with 3 pergolas and both charcoal and gas barbecue are available. The kitchen also has an outdoor dining table built with marble and placed in between cozy natural marble walls.

This was an absolutely awesome villa! The views were spectacular. A short walk brought us to a beautiful beach. We were a group of six-3 generations. We all enjoyed staying here very much.

Just Perfect

The photos don't entirely do it justice. Very private and peaceful but well located for everything. The outside spaces are amazing - lots of different spots to sit and chill and a beautiful view over to the beach. The lake was completely dry when we stayed so a 2 minute walk straight across to the ocean. Inside it's cleverly laid out on split levels to maximise space. Owners were very helpful and accomodating.

Naxos villa

Lovely villa, plenty of space for 4 teenagers. A few restaurants and a shop near by but not a town. Needed a car to get around. Villa itself was great with a lovely pool and excelllent outdoor space to spread out.

Amazing place to stay

This is an excellent well equipped villa with everything you could possibly need and exactly as described. The beaches on the island are as good as they get including the one closest to the house which is very quiet. Naxos town is stunning with a picture postcard old town. Highly recommended.

Piece of paradise in Naxos

My husband and I loved our stay at Steiner's rural Naxos house. The house was very well equipped and clean. However, the outside living space is the real star of the show. Multiple dining areas, a hammock cabana and the beautiful pool. Not to mention the spectacular views from the roof top. The house is situated about 25 minutes outside of the bustle of Naxos which was perfect for us. Within a kilometer there are 3 fabulous restaurants, a well stocked grocery store and multiple beaches. No need to travel far. The only improvement I could suggest is that the beds (especially in the upstairs master bedroom) are very hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise, a perfect, private getaway spot!

Ein traumhafter Ort zum entspannen und wohlfĂŒhlen. Etwas abgelegen, dafĂŒr aber sehr privat. Direkt an einem schönen Strand. Der Pool ist wunderschön und lange in der Sonne. Das Haus hat alles was es fĂŒr einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Viel Platz drinnen und draußen. Eine vernĂŒftige Kaffeemaschine wĂŒrde das ganze noch abrunden.

Belle maison, jardin et piscine trĂšs agrĂ©ables et location trĂšs intĂ©ressante car Ă  3-4 minutes de la plage Ă  pied et assez bien isolĂ©e de la route et des commerces. Et que dire des couchers de soleil superbes que nous pouvions admirer d’une des 3 terrasses de la maison, surtout celle tout en haut !Heureusement que la maison juste derriĂšre n’était pas louĂ©e, nous pouvions faire le bruit que nous voulions. Juste bien penser Ă  couper un peu le haut des roseaux afin de conserver la vue superbe sur la mer et Paris en face.

We had an amazing time in this villa. Well equiped the house is perfectly located on the beach front. We were 2 family of 5 with teanagers and we could fit easily. Glyfada beach is well presevered from mass tourism. Both Property manager and owner have been super helfull. This is a 5 star for us.

Quiet and beautiful place

Parfait pour des familles ou amis qui souhaitent une grande villa au calme avec différentes zones extérieures, piscine, terrasses qui permettent à chacun de trouver son bonheur. La propriété jouxte un lac asséché et quasi directement la plage. Vue incomparable. Petit supermarché tout proche pour les courses. Bref un trÚs bon séjour!

Nous étions un groupe de neuf personnes dans cette maison. Sa situation, à quelques minutes d'une trÚs belle plage est parfaite. Pas de vis à vis, une tranquillité extraordinaire. Nous étions nombreux mais la configuration de la villa est telle que chacun pouvait occuper un espace à lui, sans ressentir le poids du groupe.
