This property was exactly what we needed. We had plenty of space for our family of four and while there were other units, there was enough space for us to keep some privacy while we utilized the pool area. The host met us close to the port and we were able to follow him in to avoid getting lost on the roads (this was especially nice because it was our first experience driving in Naxos and would have been confused on the roads) it was close enough to cute local bakeries and right in between 2 mini markets. I would just say that this was not what I would consider a luxury accommodations, but my expectations were tapered based on other reviews and the cost associated as it was far less than other places with all the amenities we wanted (2 separate bedrooms, private pool, view)

Although the pool area and villa itself were lovely, the location was very average and we had difficulties with the owner. He was intrusive and rude, to the point where we were made to feel very uncomfortable. Such a shame as our experience could have been very different otherwise. I would suggest he give guests more space and not be so overbearing in terms of how they use the property and their expectation's on the guests. Questions over the use of the pool and air-conditioning felt abrasive and surprise visits to check up on us during our private time was offensive and unwelcome.

The villa was perfect for our stay in Naxos. Very clean, amazing pool with views of beach and kite surfers, and wifi and air conditioning all worked without any issues. Sakis the host is very friendly and helpful, meeting us at the port and taking us to the villa for checkin. Great local restaurants 10 minutes walk away and Sakis helped arrange car rental and taxi. Great time in Naxos!
