Property was clean and convenient to supermarket, laundromat, beach and restaurant. However, when we got there room wasn’t ready ( got there after scheduled check in). Also one Expedia, it says they offer breakfast for a fee and pick up/ drop off service to and from ferry. That wasn’t the case. Non of services were available but like I mention food and restaurants are very close by.

The place is….fine. The room was spacious/clean, the water good temperature, the fridge worked, and Maria was very kind. The location is 10-15 minutes walk from the port, but only a couple minutes from the beach. The restaurant recommendation was very good. The cons: the bed was like sleeping on a drum, there was no body wash/shampoo or blankets, just hand soap and a sheet. Several furniture items were broken (not unusable, mind). Those things though are more or less fine, would have given 3 stars if just that. Main issue was communication with Mike or whomever is in charge of messaging. We reached out ahead of our stay more than once with no response until several days AFTER check out, with just a single word that did not actually answer the questions.

Modern studios in heart of chora

Excellent well equipped studios. Room was modern with all cooking equipment supplied for self catering options. 10 minute walk to harbour with boat connections and main public bus station. Plenty of eating options and local supermarkets nearby. Daily housekeeping conducted to a high standard. Remember to give an estimated time of arrival ahead of time as there is no front desk and only 10 rooms.

great island on a budget.

Perfect location, sweet guesthouse at good price

Fabulous location very near beach, market. Just a few minutes walk to bus. Restaurants and shops all around. Loved the little balcony surrounded by plants. Mike and his mother Maria are very friendly.Not fancy, but very clean, perfect for budget place.

The hotel had great service, with Mike assisting in transfers to and from the port and the lovely older lady who was like our grandmother brought us food and did our laundry at her place! The room was large to fit all luggages. However, the beds are average and the air condition kept leaking water leaving puddles in our room.

Could have been good!

Although booked well in advance, the hotel had overbooked and did not have an acceptable room for me. I had to stay in a rather dingy basement. Fortunately a friend, resident on the island, spoke to the proprietors who then put me up in their own house.

Close to town

Under no circumstance I would refer it to a friend. The toilet seat was not even attached to the toilet either you would fall in or get pinched. The bathroom and behind the toilet had mold, the smell was unpleasant. This could have been taken care of with just a bit of Clorox. There was no management in the building and the phone that says to dial if you need a manger for what ever reason, is never answered. There was a kind woman upstairs who had trouble with air conditioning and tried to call the manager and she got no answer. We went upstairs to help the poor woman out. This studio is in a good location but with a little bit of simple care and hygiene I don't see why this wouldn't be a good place to stay.

Close to beach inexpensive hotel

Quiet hotel, very friendly family that owns and looks after it. Went at beginning of May and were practically only ones in place but then it is a small establishment. Clean and had everything we needed to even make our own meals. Marie even brought us fresh farm eggs and oranges upon arrival.

Best place to Naxos

The studio is well equipped. The situaton is perfect: 2 minutes for the beach, 2 minutes for the resaurants, market and bakery. For the resto at the town, it's 10 minutes. All is done by walk. It' economic because you dont need a car but if you need it, Mikes the owner can help you. The place is kepted by Mike and is mother and they speak a good english and the mother speak's french. They will go all the way to help you. I forgot my camera in a restaurant in the town of Filopi and Mike went and got it for me

El “piso” no era para nada lo que se da a ver en las fotos, un bajo que contaba con una sala llena de camas y un baño que dejaba mucho que desear, con moho. Además en relación a que el alojamiento no parecía lo que era, te vende que tiene terraza, nuestro alojamiento empezando porque era un bajo, su supuesta terraza, era una pequeña calle estrecha (hasta el punto de no poder extender los brazos en horizontal. En relación con el dueño, su falta de modales brilla por su ausencia, en una ocasión entró al piso sin si quiera avisar. En resumen, no recomiendo este alojamiento

Mysig lägenhet med allt man behöver för en härlig semester. Det städades varje dag. All personal var snälla och hjälpsamma. Det bästa med lägenheten är att den ligger 2 minuter från stranden.
