Not hot water. No communication. No hotel lobby. It is in a small room in the restaurant. After hour no help. The worst hotel ever. The only thing nice is the restaurant.

Property is located at the front of a very calm, clean, safe, fine sand beach with turquoise waters, also they offer umbrellas and food/ drink service, this is absolutely a plus. Breakfast was superb, our room was neat, well decorated with all that we need. This hotel has everything that you need to relax and just enjoy your time without worries. We like to specially thanks to Ioannis, the manager, and Alex, because they are super friendly, professionals and they were in every detail to make our stay in their hotel an unforgettable stay.
