The studio was spacious, had a nice private terrace (the view wasn’t much, but there is a rooftop terrace available and has nice views), although the equipment was a bit basic (especially the kitchen, which had only very basic amenities - enough for a simple breakfast, but a dinner might be a challenge). The owner is friendly, and they offer good service (they even clean your dishes).
